Parents
Being 'dazzling' at Rowanfield involves the whole community. Partnership is key to ensuring that children understand the value of learning and can fully benefit from all that school has to offer. Our parent and staff charters clearly set out the expections of adults so that we can can work together to model the behaviour we would like to see from our young people.
Your ideas, opinions and participation are important to us, hence the provision of a whole range of communication tools and events planned throughout the year.
Parents Meetings:
We hold parent meetings for all pupils in the autumn and spring terms. This is a chance to talk to the class teacher about your child’s learning and progress and how they are getting on at school. We also plan a range of drop-in sessions and information events.
We also hold regular parents' forum meetings to share information and listen to your views.
Reports:
As well as the end of year reports, we provide mini-reports during the year to keep you informed.
Parents Calendar:
A range of events, special assemblies and open days are planned throughout the year. Keep an eye on the calendar!
