Y5/6 Football Team
‘A’ Team Squad:

Millie (GK), Maddie, Jay, Chelsea, Harry, Liam, Matthew, Gerrard, Kieran
We played against Springbank Primary Academy at home. We lost 7-0 overall. 5-0 loss for the B team, and a 2-0 loss for the A team.
We played four, 10 minute quarters so that everybody got an opportunity to play.
It was a friendly match, so it was a good chance for the new recruits to get some game time under their belt!

Year 5/6 Tag Rugby
The squad: Bradley (Captain), Adele, Chelsea, Kishan, Tommy, Liam A, Liam N, Kayne, Miss Farrel and Mr Aldred.
in the tournament we were representing New Zealand. The squad played very well and showed lots of teamwork and determination. In our group we had Fiji, Tonga, Argentina and Namibia. We finished joint 3rd in our group. It wasn't enough to qualify for the semi finals, so we played a friendly match against Scotland as well.
Well done to the whole squad, everyone played really well and the squad was unlucky not to be in the finals. Well done to Kishan and Adele for getting us lots of tries, and thank you to Miss Farrel for coaching us, and Mr Aldred for coming with us to support on the day.
